Big Daddy Gouda

I’m pretty much done moving things over from the old site.

The stories I’ve wanted to save are now archived in the Stories section to the right.

From here on out you will most likely see new stuff. Occasionally I may remember something from the old site that I want to bring over but for the most part, I think I’m set.

Anyway…..

I encourage all you Losties out there to tune in to ABC tonight. They are broadcasting last years amazing 2 hour season finale. It’s a perfect way to catch up before next weeks 2 hours season five premiere!

I also encourage all you movie lovers to try and find the multiplexes this weekend. There are a lot of great films out there. Especially Slumdog Millionaire and Gran Torino.

Last but not least, I haven’t really done much, other than work, since New Years Eve, so if anyone is up for a beer or two this weekend, shoot me an e-mail or gimme a buzz.

It’s been nearly two months but I’m back, albeit a few changes!

First thing you’ll notice is the new URL: bigdaddygouda.com

It’s much easier and less clunky than bigdaddygoudaonline.com.

Speaking of the old URL, someone else owns that now. Someone out in Washington state who wants $65 for it. Nah! Gouda don’t play that!

So gone is the URL and gone is typepad. I own this sucker and slowly but surely I will be transferring some old stuff from the old site to this new one. So, occasionally when you pop in you may notice an old story on the site. Just ignore it…or, better yet, read it again.

That’s pretty much what I’m most intent on saving – the stories. They have always been my favorite part of blogging. If you glance to your right, above the calendar,  you will notice a “story” link in the right hand column of this page. That’s where I’ll be archiving my old stories.

I may also add in a few photos and funny clips from the old site but I really am attempting to start fresh.

This blog coincides with one of my new years resolutions. I’ve made three big ones. Two I’m keeping to myself, but third one is pretty simple-to write more. After all, besides spending time with Aidan, going to the movies, and hanging with my peeps, writing is my favorite thing in the world to do.
